1. Introductory provisions

4. Shipping and delivery
 1. Goods are delivered via:
 • GLS courier service
 • Packeta (pickup points)
 2. Delivery time:
 • Czech Republic: 1–2 business days
 • Europe: 3–7 business days
 3. Free shipping for orders over 660 CZK within the Czech Republic.
 4. The buyer is obliged to accept the shipment upon delivery. If the shipment is not accepted and returned, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

5. Withdrawal from the contract and returns
 1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
 2. Goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging and without signs of use.
 3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
 4. The seller refunds the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods using the same payment method.
 5. Goods that have been opened or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons cannot be returned (according to Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code).

 1. The buyer has the right to complain about defective goods.
 2. Complaints must be reported by email to info@topinky.com including description and photo of the defect.
 3. The seller will resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt.
 4. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage or use.
